The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is a one-of-its-kind, Public Private Partnership (PPP ) model in India, under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship ( MSDE ). It aims to promote skill development by catalyzing creation of large, quality and for-profit vocational institutions. A not-for-profit company set up by the Ministry of Finance, under Section 25 of the Companies Act, it has an equity base of Rs.10 crores, of which the Government of India holds for 49%, while the private sector has the balance 51%.

First and the only organisation to be certified by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) for carrying out class room readiness courses in India.

Partnered with NSDC for 10 years long project to train and certify teachers and trainers all across India.

Skills And You has been granted a project by NSDC to train 62,159 teachers/ prospective teachers on PAN India basis.

UKSDM

Uttarakhand Skill Development Mission (UKSDM) has been providing free skill development training to youth over all 13 districts urban and rural sectors of state. In order to address the challenges of unemployment and ensuring gainful and sustainable employment to the youth of the state, Hon'ble Chief Minister created Uttarakhand Skill Development Mission UKSDM in February 2013. Samarth (Scheme for Capacity Building in Textile Sector) is a flagship skill development scheme approved in continuation to the Integrated Skill Development Scheme for 12th FYP, Cabinet Committee of Economic Affairs.
